Bits (Products): Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it immediately enters processing. Please double-check your order before checkout.

Courses (Digital & In-Person): All enrollments are final and non-cancellable. Seats are limited, and access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase.

No exceptions: We do not allow order cancellations in exchange for refunds, credits, or transfers.
