At Nails Finessed LLC, we stand by the quality of our products and education. Please review our policy before purchasing:

Diamond E-File Bits

• Due to the hygienic nature of nail tools, all sales of Finessed Diamond Series bits are final.
• We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
• If your bits arrive damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@nailsfinessed.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review and may issue a replacement at our sole discretion.

Online & In-Person Courses

• All course sales are final. Once enrolled, no refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.
• Digital course access and training materials are delivered immediately and cannot be returned.
• For in-person training, securing your spot means we reserve time and resources exclusively for you, therefore refunds are not available.
